The Service

IntentWorth provides research, drafting, formatting, and result-tracking tools for people who participate in public Reddit discussions. Some features may be released gradually or remain unavailable during early access.

Your Responsibility

You decide whether a discussion is appropriate, review every draft, and submit every post or comment yourself. You are responsible for your Reddit accounts, disclosures, content, and compliance with Reddit's rules, each community's rules, and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use IntentWorth for spam, bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive promotion, impersonation, harassment, ban evasion, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards. You may not disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Generated Content and Public Data

Drafts can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review and edit them before use. Public discussion data may be incomplete, delayed, removed, or changed by its source. IntentWorth does not guarantee rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, or account safety.

Accounts, Availability, and Payment

Keep your credentials secure. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. Free tools and early-access features may change or be discontinued. The price, billing interval, included limits, and renewal terms for each paid plan are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled.

The 14-day Indie free trial includes the same usage limits as the monthly Indie plan. A valid payment card is required. There is one free trial per account, and changing a card, email address, product, or Workspace does not reset eligibility. Unless canceled during the trial, it automatically converts to the Indie monthly subscription at $19 per month when the 14-day period ends.

Refunds and Cancellation

You may request a refund for an initial subscription purchase within 14 calendar days of the charge. You may request a refund for a subscription renewal within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge if the paid service has not been materially used since renewal, including paid scans, data fetches, or AI generation.

Report duplicate or incorrect charges, suspected unauthorized transactions, or a failure to make the paid service available as soon as possible. We review those cases independently of the ordinary request windows above. These terms do not limit statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Send the request from your account email address to support@intentworth.com. Include the account email, charge date and amount, order or receipt number, and reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge the request within 1 business day and communicate a decision within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After approval, the bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the funds. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewals and leaves access available through the paid period; outside the cases above, a period that has already started is not normally refunded on a prorated basis. Canceling during the free trial prevents the first charge and trial access ends immediately. Cancellation does not restore free-trial eligibility.

Ownership and Independence

You retain rights to content you submit. IntentWorth retains rights to the service and its original materials. IntentWorth is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.

Liability and Changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, IntentWorth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
